Subject: Children's Video Gaming Injuries-Free download copy of our book

Dear Michigan Legislators:

A free copy of the first publication of our book "Our Silent Epidemic" is waiting for you to download this to your computers and provide all of your
staff, friends, family, residents of Michigan, universities, medical research, etc. the ability to download our book.
The book identifies in detail (pictures and charting) the dynamic force generation and delivery by the human body in both children and adults.
The dynamic forces responsible for the permanent bending and twisting of fingers, knuckles, arthritic inflictions, out-fingers, bending back
fingers, and other skeletal and soft tissue injuries.

The silent dynamic force shock loads that are responsible for adult chronic back-neck-shoulder-hip pain, tingling and numbness in
fingers-face-arm, carpal tunnel symptoms, sciatic nerve pain, arthritic joints, joint / body inflammation, fibromyalgia, joint replacement
surgeries, lumbar L4-L5 surgeries, physical therapy treatments, lost wages, workmen's compensation claims, claimed work related physical
injuries, work absenteeism, false ER visits for arm pain interoperated as a heart attack, false chest pains (which is coming from the pain in the
spine between the shoulder blades), chronic fatigue, the escalating United States medical costs, and much more;  mini, silent, painless, and
deadly "physical mechanical process" that is responsible for the infliction of the above and more is identified in our book.

The video industry is still interfering with Senate bill S.948-CAMRA Act (95mil for study of children's health). Verbiage of S.948 can be found on
my web site at:
http://miketomich.com/1-08-S948-Language.html

Don't be afraid of the automotive industry because Ford, Delphi, and HAP have been working together for a few months now on reducing the
"high effort steering" to eliminate musculoskeletal injuries and all the injuries identified above in paragraph 3.  GM, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, V W,
and others have sought our information.

You are free to send our book to anyone (it is not for commercial use and to be sold). I would hope you would send this to all the voters who are
paying your wages, all universities, community colleges, physicians, all Child Day Care Centers. http://miketomich.com/1-Download-page.html

It would behoove you to quickly use this information to block the use of video gaming, computers, coloring, and heavy toys in our Child Day Care
Centers (avoidance of dynamic forces relative to bone mass calcification strength). Contact Debbie Stabenow, Carl Levin, Ted Kennedy
(Senate HELP Committee http://help.senate.gov/ ), Joe Lieberman, and request the immediate passage of S.948 and emergency funding to
start the children's health study. I think an executive order from Granholm would be appropriate at this time to prevent further serious injuries to
our small innocent children through the process of dynamic force injuries. Child Day Care Centers must be screened to eliminate dynamic
force injuries. Children must not play video games, use computers, conduct coloring until they are at least 8-years-old.  Toddlers must not play
with any toys that they can not easily pick up with just two fingers.

Feel free to contact me at any time.  I would appreciate someone appointing a contact person for this project I call operation "Clean Day Care."

For our children......... Mike Tomich

Another request to Ban Video Gaming in Child Day Care Centers
Here are
free copies of our book for all legislators identifying the cause of children's bent and twisted finger
deformities from video gaming, computers, and coloring.
Will Michigan's Governor Jennifer Granholm issue an executive order banning such until S.948 is passed?
